LEFT OUT TO DRY
This series of work incorporates aspects of hysteria in terms of the female body and holds similar aspects to that of the series Hysterical. The series questions the treatment of the female sex during the diagnosis of Hysteria. I began experimenting with casting the female upper body, testing out different medias to see what would be successful. I found these three individual materials the most successful within my experimentation’s and found when situated next to each other within a series, work together to depict the female body in a fragile manner.
