For my end of second year showcase of my work, i co-curated an exhibition at The Factory – Art in the Attic. Curating an exhibition for the first time was an overwhelming and quite stressful experience, as trying to juggle your own work with making sure other peoples work is ready for the opening, alongside arranging refreshments and contacting the owners can get on top of you, However in the end the exhibition opening was successful, we had a great turn out of people coming to see the show – which was a great feeling, well worth the stress. As only a select few practicing artists were involved in the exhibition titled  ‘2’ at The Factory, I  was able to show  two series of works during the exhibition, which consisted of a large scale photography series, and a smaller scales glass series. Although both works were related, i wanted to have them on show at opposite ends of the exhibition, as i wanted the viewer to reinterpret them separately.
